AI Native App Development
Products where AI is the experience, not a feature.
We design and build web and mobile apps around vision, language and personalization, like our AI stylist Vora.
AI added vs AI native
AI added
- A chat box in the corner of an existing app
- Users have to know what to ask
- Output is text the user copies somewhere else
- Same experience for everyone
AI native
- The core flow is built around what the model can see and understand
- The app suggests the next step before the user asks
- Output is an action, a score or a change in the product
- It adapts to each user over time
Inside one AI feature: Vora's Fit Check
Capture
The user takes one outfit photo. The app checks lighting and framing before upload.
Understand
A vision model identifies garments, colors, fit and proportions.
Score
Results are turned into a clear score the user can compare over time.
Suggest
Quick, specific fixes the user can act on, not generic fashion advice.
How we design for a model that is sometimes wrong
Stream, never spin
Results appear as they are generated, so the app feels fast even when the model is thinking.
Show confidence
When the AI is unsure, the interface says so.
Let users correct it
Every AI output can be edited, and corrections improve the next result.
Plan the fallback
If a model fails or times out, the user still gets a useful screen.
Remember preferences
The app learns style, tone and choices so each session starts smarter.
Control cost per user
Caching, smaller models for simple steps and usage limits by plan.
Case study
Vora, the AI stylist
Fit checks, drip scores, seasonal color analysis, body archetype guidance and a style archive, in one mobile app.

What is an AI native app?
An app whose core value comes from AI, not one where AI is an add-on. For example, Vora analyzes outfit photos to give personalized styling feedback.
How do you control AI costs?
We cache results, route simple tasks to smaller models, and stream responses. We track cost per user from launch.
Web or mobile?
Both. We build with Next.js for web and Flutter or React Native for mobile.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
We design for it: show confidence, let users correct results, and fall back to a useful screen when the model fails.
Can you build an AI app from just an idea?
Yes. We start with a short design sprint to test the core AI interaction, then build the MVP around what works.
